For example, if you’re working on a huge project for a client that needs to get done, but you keep getting distracted by Facebook or Twitter, you can use SelfControl to block Facebook and Twitter until you’ve completed your task. You won’t even be able to access the sites that you block if you restart your computer. Of course, this app isn’t only beneficial to small businesses. Expensify allows you to easily and conveniently keep track of all of your business expenses. You can link your debit or credit card to your Expensify account, or you can take pictures of your receipts. Expensify automatically sorts through the important information to help you generate an expenses report within minutes. Dropbox is basically a file sharing service which allows you to easily share information with other people. The Trello workplace is like a hub where all of the team members can collaborate and stay in good communication.
